When you login your account and find My Orders, you can view your order status besides each order. Please see the table below to learn what options are available to you at each stage of your order.
* Find our cancellation policy details as below:
The majority of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped. If your order status is Pending, you can cancel it by yourself in your account center or send email to contact@vilavidresses.com to ask the customer service to cancel it for you. If your order status is Processing, you need to send email to contact@vilavidresses.com to ask for a cancellation of your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
See the chart below for refund variation depending on your cancellation time:

All of our dresses are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard or custom size, the tailoring time is required. The tailoring time changes when you choose different Arrival Date.
All of our dresses are Made-To-Order. Whether you ordered a standard or custom size, your dress will still need Tailoring Time. Handcrafting each dress to order allows us to ensure that each dress we create meets our stringent quality standards. The most time-consuming part of creating your dress is also what makes it so exquisite—the beading, embroidering, ruching, and attaching of appliques. Each of these processes is done by hand. Finally, we sew the lining and boning of your dress to ensure that it stays as beautiful as you will be on your special day. The best part is, we are still able to custom tailor your dress and ship it out to you in less time than many other dress retailers. Handcrafting each dress to order is how we at VILAVI Dresses ensure that your first glimpse of the dress will convince you that it was worth the wait.
Made-to-order means that all of our dresses, whether a standard or custom size, are tailored just for you once you place your order. This means that we don’t have a factory full of machine made dresses, instead they are all crafted by our highly skilled tailors.
Can I modify a dress' design such as style/fabric/length?
Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos. If you haven’t found exactly what you’re looking for yet, the narrow search function on the left-hand side of each dress category’s main page can help you find the perfect combination. If you still can not find a dress you exactly need, we would like to help you modify the dress design such as style, fabric, length, etc. But as there is no model of the modified dress, the customer should be responsible for the whole impression of the finished dress. And if there is no problem with the material quality, the dress can not be returned.
If you want to make changes to your processing order, please view the form below to see which kind of changes your changes belong to. If your changes needs our customer service to give your a quotation, please send email to contact@vilavidresses.com and we will inform you the alteration cost. For the changes which need alteration fee added, please finish the payment with the following links( instructions of using the links are below the form):

Instructions to use the above payment links:
1) If your special payment is less than US$100.00
You can use link 1-->select the amount you need to pay in the QTY’ box --> Add to Cart --> Proceed to Checkout.
2) If your special payment is equal to or above USD100.00
You can use link 2 --> select the proper amount in the QTY’ box to complete the payment for hundred(s)--> Add to Cart( if your payment equals to US$100.00, click Buy Now button directly to finish the payment) --> then use link 1 --> select the amount for the rest part of the total payment --> Add to Cart --> Proceed to Checkout these two items together
Notice: It is important for you to leave your order numbers or specified special requirements in the Order Remarks box, since your payment will be used according to them.

When you sign in on our website and find your order in My Orders, you will see the following tailoring status when you order is in statuses of Processing, Shipped, Completed, On Hold and Cancelled. Please click View Details button for each order
Then we take a Processing order # 157236 for example:
You can see the tailoring status and its updates. When a gray round button turn into red, it means that the tailoring has been forwarded to this step. When you put the mouse on every round button, you will see what’s happening to your dress.
Yes, we support this service. But we really do not encourage you to do so, since the quality of our dresses is definately good and you needn’t worry about it. If you still want us to send you free samples, please email us contact@vilavidresses.com with your exact location and what kind of fabrics you want to get . Besides this, please inform us when do you want to get the samples, because the receiving time will have a impact on the shipping method we choose and the shipping cost will vary, too.
