Standard Dresses
- This is your bra size!
- Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
- Relax arms at sides
- Pull tape across the part of the bust
- Find the natural waist
- This is the part of the waist
- Usually about 1 inches. above belly button
- Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
- Find the widest part of the hips
- about 7 inches. below natural waist
- Tape should brush across both hipbones
- Stand straight with feet together
- Measure in bare feet
- Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor
- To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 7 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains
Maternity Dresses:
- Relax arms at sides
- Measure the highest part of the chest
- Pull the tape right underneath the arms
- This is not your bra size!

- Measure immediately under breasts
- Find the fullest part of the belly
- Pull tape around the belly
- Keep tape slight loose for comfort down to the floor
- Find the widest part of the hips
- Usually about 7 inches. below natural waist
- Make sure tape is parallel to the floor
- Tape should brush across both hipbones
- Stand straight with feet together
- Measure in bare feet

Jacket
Bust – Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust.
Shoulder – From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Arm Length – Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.
Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.
Standard Shoes
The length of the inner cavity of the shoe.
Note Insole length is usually longer than foot length especially for pointy toe shoes.
The distance between two parallel lines between toe and heel.
1.Stand your foot on a piece of flat paper – with your heel and longest toe centered on the line.
2.Holding a pencil vertically, trace around your foot.
3.Measure the distance of the two parallel lines between the longest toe and heel.
4.Measure your other foot using the same method.
1. Wrap the measuring tape around the ball of foot (the widest part behind toes).
2.Measure circumference of your ball girth precisely.
3.Check ball girth of the other foot in the same way.
4.The bigger one of the two measurements is the true value.
