Payment FAQ
We are happy to accept Wire Transfer and Western Union Payments from any country in the world where local institutions are equipped to process them. Besides, you will enjoy a discount of 5% off the grand total when using these two payment methods.
However, the international payment restrictions of credit and debit cards in different countries make the shopping inconvenient. If you are informed by our customer service that you payment failed, please contact your card issuer bank to see whether there are some restrictions settled on your card. We are also happy to process the payment again for you if the restrictions are released.
The chart below is a quick reference for finding payment methods available in your location. You only need to select the continent you are located in and find your country name. Then all popular payment methods will be shown in the line. Please pay attention to the currency restrictions of some special payment methods.

Paying by credit card or debit card is safe, easy and convenient at VILAVI. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB,etc and Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo:
1. On your Shopping Cart page, click Proceed to Checkout after reviewing your items.
2. After you click “ Proceed to Checkout”, you will be redirected to the page where you can choose Payment Methods, then you can select Credit Card/Debit Card.
3. Click Proceed to Pay after your placed all the information requested on the page. You will be redirected to the SSL payment page. Then choose your language and country before you click the two update button beside the language and country box.
4. After reviewing your payment details, please choose card type and you will see:
5. Fill in your card information and click the Make payment button, you will see the payment result.
When you Sign In your account, you will directly see all your orders, for every Pending order, there is a Pay Now button. You may click this button and choose another payment method to pay or alter to pay with your new card information.
Important Notice:
1)Sometimes there are restrictions settled on your card by your card issuer bank, e.g., consumption amount limit, acquiring country/bank limit, etc. If your payment can not go successfully, please contact your card issuer bank to release all the restrictions.
2)For some non-real time transferring payment, VILAVI Dresses will confirm your payment by email sent from no-reply@dresses123.com with the title of “Paid Successfully #(your order code)”within 1 working day or as soon as we receive your payment in our bank account.
When you login your account and find My Orders, you can view your order status besides each order. Please see the table below to learn what options are available to you at each stage of your order.
