Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Unconditional Return Guarantee
For the Unconditional Return Guarantee service, you can request a return of the dress for an exchange or a refund with any reason ( but the service fee US$19.90 is not refundable). Then the simple thing you have to do is to send us an email requiring return within 24 hours after you receive the order. Please make sure the order is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
If you had selected the Unconditional Return Guarantee for your received order, you can request a return of the dress for an exchange or a refund with any reason. If you hadn’t selected this guarantee, please contact our customer service contact@vilavidresses.com within 14 days after the order is received, and we will try our best to solve your problems.

Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on VILAVI Dresses. Slight color mismatch between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped.

Dress is not exactly the same as ordered
As all the dresses in our website are totally handmade, even two dresses made by the same tailor can not reach 100% similarity between each other. In other words, every dress you receive is unparalleled in this world. So please allow a slight difference exist between what you receive and what is shown in the picture, as this is a feature of pure handicraft. To minimize differences, we strictly test the quality before shipment, including the check of design similarity.
