Shipping & Delivery FAQ
When you place order, you will see Arrival Date option at the product page. Each different date shows a general calculation about how soon you may receive your dress.
However, for some special dresses with very much decoration, e.g. full of beadings, multiple layers, and others with lots of handcraft, we kindly suggest you choose the last three or two arrival dates, since you know all our dresses are made to order dresses and need longer time to get them ready. If you’ve chosen the first arrival date by chance, we will confirm a realistic time that you can get the dress by email.
The chart below helps you to understand the total time to receive your order.
Yes, we ship globally including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, but please ensure that the address you left in your order should be correct and available for you to pick up the order, because some shipping companies have time limit on storing your order in their office for longer period.
When you see label, it means that the shipping cost is included in the price. But not all the products sold on our website are free shipping. Free shipping is only privileged for specific products in specific period when sales promotions are performed. So we can not promise you will always buy a product with “ FREE SHIPPING ”, but it is very possible that shipping cost will be charged when this mark disappears next day.
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.
If your time is not urgent, we suggest you choose the standard shipping,which is free of charge, as your shipping method.
There are two ways you can tell what carrier has been used for your order’s shipping:
A) When you receive an email entitled with “ Shipping Notification # (your order code)”, you will get the tracking details of your order containing tracking number and tracking website. Depending on the tracking website, you will clearly understand what shipping method has been used for your order.
B) By logging in your account, you will directly see your recent orders, besides the orders, you will see “ View Details ”
When you click on “ View Details ”, you will see which carrier has been used.
After your order is shipped, we will send the shipment notification to your email. Please check it and follow the tracking details to keep updates on your parcel. If you think you will not be available when delivery, please contact your local post office of the shipping company to get direct suggestions or feel free to email us to get a further help.
Notice:
In some countries, DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, Airmail Post, etc can be signed by the recipient’s authorized family members, neighbors or friends. Also, in a small number of countries, if UPS can not get in touch with you in time, they will leave the parcel at the porch, courtyard, stairs up to your room, and so on where they think it is available for you to see and get the parcel. ... Please pay attention to this.
Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF” number on invoices and companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number.
Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
